No Leonie, you are not alone!
Definitely not alone. Isn't that why beanies were invented?
So not alone. In fact, in comparison your child looks extremely well groomed... i mean, she's wearing seasonally appropriate clothing which is more than my daughter does!
oh so cute- i choose to let me little one run around with a nest like this- adds character. : ) xo m.
Oh no, we had one just the same. Her hair was blond and light shone through and looked like a halo. She died it black as a teen. So sad - for me anyway.
i don't know what you are talking about, my kids are always well groomed..and dressed....♥....no really, you should hear the screams every time a brush approaches her head..ohhhhh (conditioner does wonders..lots of it!!)
her hair looks like MINE! Busys is a shorter very curly verion of this picture.
She looks like all the pictures of me as a child. Some of my earliest memories were of squirming on a kitchen chair in the morning while my mother tried to brush my hair. It was all for naught because my hair would be a nest by the time I got to school.
After starting a blog I think my whole family are sporting this 'oh so chic' style. Except my Valentine of course, he's bald! Thank goodness one of us looks respectable.Felicity
I have one ...but he's 15 and he cultivates that exact look !
I too can relate, today I washed her hair and used heaps of conditioner and it looked lovely and shiny and 10 mins ago I found her with her head in the cake batter bowl and her hair full of butter cake batter..... Mmmmmm mmmmmm.
I have a kid with hair down to her hips that she refuses to let me brush. You wanna see dreadlocks...?
Loving it. I think she looks great. Especially with those cool shades.I only kick up a fuss when the look is being held together with cake mix, yogurt, egg ... anything that is going to stink! Once hair is smelly then it is game on: shampoo and comb by Mama!!! Otherwise - who cares.
She's a beauty, but wouldn't want to run a comb through that hair....kind of brings me back to my childhood.....ouch!
