Finnys First Band Aid

I know it may sound a little funny to have a 10 year old experiencing his first band aid experience but over at the Guldies its a little different! Finny can handle plaster, bandages, needles and anything that comes with surgical recovery...but band aids are a strange beast all of there own!!

So....today....if anyone sees our son out and about with his class and is wondering why that curly head kid is presenting "the bird" .....its just Finny...getting used to something sticky and new!

Finn...me not like it dad
Dave...you'll be right mate
Finn...you drive real slow to school today dad, its really really bad
Dave...no worries mate we'll even have the hazard lights ON!!

Oh, what a sweet heart. Will Dave be driving home with the hazard lights on too, do you think? :)

Divine, divine, divine. He is only saying what the rest of us feel when we need a bandaid - loving the finger selection too!!

What a glorious story, I just love it. You little guy is awesome. (I'm sure your big guy is too.) :-)

A lovely story.

My two older kids both hate bandaids. The youngest would quite happily be plastered from head to toe all day everyday.

Hilarious visual image of an at-speed school drop-off, hazard lights flashing and Finny flicking the bird. What a treasure.
