I've been cutting into our homegrown pumpkins too and love the rich colour and the way the knife glides through the skin and flesh.

We had pumpkin soup last night to!!! It took me AGES to peel the damn thing. Will never do by knife again after I watched y sister slice her hand when trying to peel with a knife...

Umm might have some for lunch now ; o )

Have you done the version where you throw garlic cloves over chunks and drizzle honey over the top and bung it in the oven and then blend it? Neither have I but a girlfriend does it and its to die for, x
