Goodbye Jane

It's a sad day today. The day I bid farewell to the full completed works of Jane Austen. She has kept me company through many highs and lows, she has installed a love off the 1800's that will be everlasting and she has transformed me into a true romantic, one that believes in solidifying love in the final pages of the last chapter......

What am I to do now?....Who shall keep me company through those silent hours?......OR.....maybe.....should I.....could it be possible.....start again?

I can't see why you couldn't! You could always have a couple of books on the boil just in case you feel like a change on the way.

I have a few favorite authors I read over and over, so go for it!

Naw - you just need to start on the Bronte sisters!

I got the trashy knitting novel in the mail today - I laughed my ass off when I saw the cover - I might have to hide it inside something highbrow when I read in public!

Thanks bones - hope you're feeling sprightly today...

Oh you have to watch Pride and Prejudice now and then the Bollywood one Bride and Prejudice, one is a banquet of old English houses and period costumes and the other is pure Joy :-)

Persuasion is my favourite as well, and I was going to suggest the Brontes. Nothing original from me today!
I went to 'your' old blog. What a pile of tat they're passing off. Shame there wasn't the place to leave an anonymous comment or I'd have asked them what their game was.

Start again.

...or read the Brontes. You know Charlotte Bronte had quite a few bitchy things to say about ol' Jane.
