Grab a bowl, in goes.....3 Mashed Bananas2 Eggs. Give them a good thrashing with a fork first. (If you have duck eggs use them) 2 Cups of Flour (I use whole-meal)3/4 Cup of Sugar (I use raw)1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Bi-Carb1/2 Cup Coarsely chopped walnutsMix-er all up and fling into a loaf tin. 180 degree or 350F oven for 1 hour. I had an idea this year to put the sauce in a stubby. Now some people have said...no way, others have said...not a problem. The scene was set, the truck parked and tarps erected. The curry was simmering, the tee shirt and plant stalls were open. The bon fire was lit and awaiting its first guest.Then they arrived, slowly at first, about 150 of the finest people I know, along side multi talented musicians and performers.
